Vatnix is operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

We collect what you type into an enquiry form (your name, your email address, your message) and, if you create an account, your email address and the quarters, figures and VAT records you choose to store. The free calculators compute in your browser and store nothing unless you save the result to an account.

Legal basis and sharing

We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to lead buyers, accountants, banks or advertising networks; no figure you enter here is sold to anyone. Payment is taken by Stripe, who receive your card details directly; card numbers never touch our servers. We hold no HMRC credentials and we make no connection to your HMRC account.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@vatnix.com. We respond within one month.
